Refund policy

Returns: Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days — email Soruvia26@gmail.com with your order number to start one. They are eligible for a full or partial refund.

Opened or used body-care products aren't eligible for return, for hygiene reasons — unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
